AI automation for hotels. AI prepares, your team approves.
In short
Aurelith designs and builds AI automations for hotels and hospitality businesses in Greece. The AI reads guest requests, supplier offers and invoices, drafts replies in Greek and English, and prepares the work in the systems you already use. Before anything is sent or recorded, a person on your team approves it.

Business first. Intelligence at every level.
Where does a hotel lose its time?
Hospitality is judged at the front desk and in the rooms. A hotel team’s time, though, often goes on email, paperwork and copying between systems.
- 01
An inbox that never empties
Questions about transfers, breakfast or early check-in arrive by email, form and message, in several languages, and are answered one by one.
- 02
Group and event inquiries
A wedding or conference inquiry hides dates, guests, rooms and meals in free text that someone retypes before quoting.
- 03
Reviews waiting for a reply
Each review deserves a personal reply, and each complaint has to reach the department that can put it right.
- 04
Suppliers and invoices
Orders for food, consumables and cleaning supplies, with delivery notes and invoices checked by hand, line by line.
- 05
Shift handovers
Notes in logbooks, messages and email. Whatever does not pass between shifts, the guest notices first.
- 06
The pressure of the season
At the peak, volume jumps while new colleagues learn on the job. Office work absorbs time meant for guests.
Which AI automations suit a hotel?
Six workflows for hotels and hospitality businesses. In each, the AI does the groundwork and a person on your team decides.
- 01
Guest emails and requests
AI doesSorts each message by topic and urgency, finds the booking and drafts a reply in Greek or English.
Person approvesEvery reply before it is sent, and any change to a booking, a rate or cancellation terms.
- 02
Group and event inquiries
AI doesTurns a free-text email into a structured request (dates, guests, rooms, function space, meals) and flags what is missing.
Person approvesAvailability, the rate and the quote that goes out.
- 03
Review replies
AI doesReads new reviews, picks out those that need action and drafts a personal reply in Greek or English.
Person approvesEvery public reply, and how each complaint will be put right.
- 04
Supplier orders and invoice checks
AI doesPrepares the order from the needs you set, matches delivery notes and invoices to it and flags every difference.
Person approvesThe order, the payment and every invoice that does not match.
- 05
Shift handover summaries
AI doesGathers the shift’s notes into a short summary: open items, special requests and arrivals that need attention.
Person approvesThe shift lead confirms the summary and assigns the open items.
- 06
Pre-arrival information
AI doesPrepares the pre-arrival message from the booking: arrival time, transfer, directions and useful information.
Person approvesThe content of each message before it reaches the guest.
How does the decision stay with your team?
AI in hospitality is often equated with chatbots that answer guests on their own. Aurelith’s automations work behind your team instead: the AI prepares, a person approves.
-
01AI
Read the message
Works out what the guest is asking for, for which booking and by when.
-
02AI
Check the details
Compares the request with the booking and with your hotel’s policies.
-
03AI
Draft the reply
Writes a draft in Greek or English, in your hotel’s tone of voice.
-
04Person
The front desk approves
You approve, change or reject the draft. Only then does the message go out.
After approval, the automation sends the reply and prepares the booking update for your system.

Which systems does it connect to?
Aurelith connects each automation to the systems your team already works in, without replacing them. The analysis establishes from the start what each one allows.
-
Email and messages
Reads incoming messages and attachments. Sends only what a person has approved.
-
Your reservation system (PMS)
Reads the booking details each workflow needs, where the system allows it, and records only approved changes.
-
Documents and files
Contracts, offers, delivery notes and invoices, wherever your team already keeps them.
-
Accounting and ERP
Matches orders and invoices, and posts only what a person has approved.
Where does a hotel start?

What can a hotel automate with AI?
A hotel can hand AI the groundwork in recurring office and guest-communication tasks: guest email triage with drafted replies, group and event inquiries, review replies, supplier orders and invoice checks, shift handover summaries and pre-arrival information. In Aurelith’s automations, a person on your team approves every decision that matters.
Is this the same as a hotel chatbot?
No. A chatbot usually answers guests directly, on the website or in messaging apps. The automations Aurelith builds work behind your team: they read, sort and draft, and a person approves every reply before it reaches the guest. They also cover work guests never see, such as invoices.
Do we need to change our reservation system (PMS)?
No. The automation works alongside your reservation system, email and files: it reads the details each workflow needs, where the system allows it, and records only what a person has approved. Aurelith’s analysis establishes from the start what each system you use allows.
Who approves the replies and the changes?
The person you choose for each workflow, such as the front desk, reservations or the general manager. You decide which steps need approval, and anything irreversible, such as a guest message, a booking change or an order, waits for a sign-off. More on approval-first automation.
Is it worth it for smaller or seasonal hotels?
It depends on the workflow more than on the hotel’s size: an automation is worth it when the work recurs often enough to cost your team real time. If a better reply template or a simple rule is enough, Aurelith will say so plainly.
