In short

Aurelith provides corporate AI training for leaders and teams in operating companies in Greece and Europe, so they use AI well at work. 01 / Why by role

Why train people by role?

A leader deciding where AI pays off needs different knowledge from a colleague checking an AI-drafted reply. One course for everyone wastes time for some and leaves gaps for others.

Role-based AI training starts from the decisions each person makes and the risks each one carries, then teaches exactly that.

Leaders, managers, specialists, everyday users and technical teams all meet AI, but in different ways. Leaders decide where it is worth investing. Managers set the rules their teams work by. Specialists and everyday users rely on its output in daily tasks, and technical teams connect it to the company’s systems.

Aurelith designs each programme around those differences. Everyone shares one foundation: what AI can and cannot do, and how to use it safely. Each role then works on the situations it actually meets, with your company’s own tools and rules as the material.

02 / What it covers

What does AI training cover?

AI training at Aurelith combines a shared foundation for everyone with modules for each role. These are the typical ones; your programme is put together from your roles, tools and rules.

Typical modules; each programme is scoped in your proposal
  • 01

What current AI can and cannot do

Where today’s AI tools are reliable, where they make confident mistakes, and why their output always needs a check.

  • 02

Using AI safely in daily tasks

Data handling, verification and review habits: what may be shared with an AI tool, and how to check what comes back.

  • 03

    Company rules and approval points

Your own rules for AI: which tools are allowed, for which work, and which outputs a person must approve before they are used.

  • 04

    When to escalate

How to recognise a case that AI should not handle alone, and who decides it instead.

  • 05

    For leaders: spotting opportunities

Where AI can create value in your processes, and how to tell a real opportunity from a passing trend.

  • 06

    For leaders: governance and value

Who decides what AI may do, how its use is overseen, and how to measure whether it is paying off.

Training runs in Greek or English. When a module raises a bigger decision, such as which processes to automate first, it connects to AI consulting at the same level.

03 / AI literacy and the EU AI Act

What does the EU AI Act ask of your company?

AI literacy is the subject of Article 4 of the EU AI Act. This is what the article says today, checked against the official text.

Definition AI literacy

“Skills, knowledge and understanding that allow providers, deployers and affected persons … to make an informed deployment of AI systems, as well as to gain awareness about the opportunities and risks of AI and possible harm it can cause.”

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 3(56)

Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) sets the AI literacy duty. The Digital Omnibus on AI (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), in force since 27 July 2026, replaced its wording: providers and deployers of AI systems “shall take measures to support the development of AI literacy” of their staff and of others who operate or use AI systems on their behalf, taking their knowledge, experience and context of use into account.

The new text adds that this “does not require providers or deployers to guarantee any specific level of AI literacy of any individual”. The Act calls any organisation that uses an AI system under its authority a deployer. Training people by role, for the AI they actually use, is a practical way to take those measures.

04 / How it runs

How does an AI training programme run?

An Aurelith training programme runs in five steps, from the roles you have today to habits that last. Roles, modules and timeline are agreed in your proposal before anything is delivered.

  1. 01Before

    Understand roles and tools

Who does what, which AI tools people use or plan to use, and the rules you have or still need.

  2. 02Before

    Design by role

Each group gets the modules that match its decisions and risks, with examples from its own work.

  3. 03During

    Deliver

Practical training in Greek or English, built on the tasks your people actually do.

  4. 04After

    Embed in daily work

People apply what they learned in their own tasks, with guidance while the new habits form.

  5. 05Ongoing

    Support with no end date

As your tools, rules and teams change, Aurelith stays by your side.

A programme pays off when it changes how people work, so it does not stop at the last module.

Every Aurelith service follows the same six steps, from a free first conversation and an analysis of your business to support with no end date.

What is AI literacy?

AI literacy is the skills, knowledge and understanding that let people use AI systems in an informed way and be aware of their opportunities, risks and possible harm, which is close to how Article 3(56) of the EU AI Act defines it. At work it means knowing what the AI tools you use can and cannot do, handling data carefully, checking what comes back and knowing when to hand a case to a person.

Is the training built around our own tools and rules?

Yes. Aurelith designs each programme around the AI tools your people use or plan to use, the rules you have or still need, and examples from their own work, so what they learn applies directly to their daily tasks.

Who in a company should receive AI training?

Everyone who uses AI at work or decides how it is used, each at the depth their role needs. Leaders need to judge where AI creates value and how it is governed, managers need to set rules and review output, specialists and everyday users need safe daily habits, and technical teams need to connect AI to systems responsibly. Aurelith maps the roles in your company before it designs the programme.

How does AI training connect to an AI roadmap?

Both belong to Level 01, AI Consulting & Enablement. AI consulting decides where AI pays off and in what order; AI training gives people the skills to work with what the roadmap brings. Aurelith can deliver them together or on their own, and when both are in scope, the roadmap helps decide which roles to train first.

Can the training be delivered in Greek?

Yes. Aurelith works in Greek and in English, and the language of each programme is agreed in your proposal.

Does AI training end when the programme is delivered?

No. After delivery, Aurelith helps your people apply what they learned in their own work and stays by their side with support that has no end date, so their skills keep pace as your AI tools and rules change.

How much does AI training cost?

Aurelith has no public price list. The first conversation is free, and the investment is set out in a written proposal after an analysis of your business. For training it depends mainly on how many roles and teams the programme covers and how closely it is built around your own tools and rules. More on scope and pricing.
