Direct answer
What are Aurelith Insights?
Aurelith Insights are practical guides on applied AI, written by the Aurelith team for owners and leaders of operating companies in Greece and Europe. Each guide answers one question a leadership team faces when deciding where AI fits, cites the primary sources it relies on and shows when it was last updated.
01 / Guides by level
Start with the decision in front of you.
Guides follow the three levels of AI that Aurelith works across: direction, execution and intelligence. Each level builds on the one before. See the three levels.
AI literacy under the EU AI Act, made practical
What Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks since its 2026 amendment, who it concerns, and how to build a role-based programme and keep a record of it.
How to choose an AI partner: ten questions worth asking
Ten questions to put to any AI consulting or automation partner, what a good answer sounds like, and the red flags worth a second look.
AI automation for business: what to automate first
How AI automation differs from RPA and AI agents, seven questions for choosing the first workflow, and the approval design that keeps people in control.
AI agents for business, explained without the hype
What an AI agent is, how it differs from a chatbot and from traditional automation, where it creates value, and what a reliable, governed deployment requires.
02 / Concepts we use
Five ideas, defined once.
Aurelith uses these terms the same way on every page and in every guide.
- 01Three levels of AI
-
Direction (AI Consulting & Enablement), Execution (Custom AI Solutions) and Intelligence (Company Brain). Each level builds on the one before.
- 02Approval-first automation
-
An automation design in which AI prepares and moves the work, and a person approves every decision that matters before anything irreversible happens.
Approval-first automation at Aurelith Guide: approval-first design
- 03Earned autonomy
-
AI receives authority action by action, only when evidence shows it is reliable. Company Brain sets out the ladder, and adoption runs Read-only → Shadow → Assist → Act.
- R0 Observe · Read-only
- R1 Recommend · Human decides
- R2 Draft · Approval required
- R3 Approval-bound execution · Controlled action
- R4 Bounded autonomy · Verified continuously
- 04Company Memory and the twins
-
Company Memory is the shared, source-backed record of what happened in a company, why it happened and whether the decision worked. Company Brain keeps three governed views over it: the Reality Twin (what is actually happening), the Design Twin (what should work better) and the Agentic Twin (what is allowed to execute).
- 05Founding Design Partnership
-
How a company adopts Company Brain: one valuable workflow, a controlled set of authorised sources, three to five agreed success measures, and shadow operation before controlled assistance.
03 / Questions
About these guides, answered plainly.
Questions about pricing and how an engagement works are answered on Services.
Who writes Aurelith’s guides?
The Aurelith team writes them. Each guide names its author, links to the author’s profile on the team page, and shows when it was first published and when it was last updated.
How does Aurelith check the facts in a guide?
Every statistic or legal statement links to the primary source it comes from, such as EUR-Lex, the European Commission or NIST, and each guide lists its sources with the date they were last reviewed. Guides that touch on law carry the note “General information, not legal advice.”
Can Aurelith help us apply a guide in our company?
Yes. Each guide ends with the Aurelith services that put it to work. Every engagement starts with a free first conversation, followed by an analysis of your business and a written proposal that is agreed before any implementation.
Are the guides available in Greek?
Yes. Every guide is published in English and in Greek, with the same structure, the same sources and the same update dates.
